Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Benefit
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) federal government benefit program that ensures inclusivity for eligible households. Eligible customers can now receive FREE monthly benefits.
What does the ACP benefit offer?

$75 per month
discount if you're on qualifying tribal lands
$100 one-time
device discount on an eligible device
How to qualify for the ACP benefit
You can qualify for the ACP benefit if your total household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or through qualifying government programs. See the list below for program-based eligibility.
Program-Based Eligibility
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Medicaid / Medi-Cal
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Veterans & Survivors Pension Benefit
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Federal Pell Grant recipients in the current award year
- Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch or School Breakfast Programs
- Tribal TANF
Qualifying individuals are eligible to receive one ACP benefit per household.
Lifeline Program
Lifeline is a government assistance program that offers eligible low-income customers with a FREE SMARTPHONE that includes free monthly data, talk and texting, to qualifying customers. The program is administered by the by the Universal Service Administration Company (USAC) and overseen by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

How to Qualify for the Lifeline Benefit
You can qualify for a free Lifeline smartphone and wireless service if your total household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or through qualifying government programs. See the list below for program-based eligibility.
Program-Based Eligibility
Your household is eligible for the Lifeline benefit, if you or someone in your household participates in the following programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/Food Stamps/Food Assistance)
- Medicaid / Medi-Cal
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA) or Section 8
- Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
- Tribal Tanf
Qualifying individuals are eligible to receive one Lifeline benefit per household.
Separate households that live at the same address are eligible, including residents of homeless shelters and nursing homes. Residents with temporary addresses are also eligible.
